Values

We all have things that are MOST important to us. It’s why we have the goals we do, what we schedule our lives around, etc.

Discovering our values serves as a foundation for our relationship with ourselves and others.
We discover what we desire and need to
feel safe, seen, and cherished.

Clarity on values can help:

  • Feeling overwhelmed and/or bored by life

  • Uncertainty on decisions

  • Direct you in what habits to release and build
