With nine years of teaching experience, my classes are slow, playful, and focused on creating space for rest and comfort in both body and mind.

I always encourage a “choose your own adventure” approach and invite everyone to honor their unique needs and move in the best way for them.

I discovered yoga and meditation in 2013 after becoming a parent and recognizing the healing needed from my childhood. This journey inspired me to complete a
200-hour Kunga Yoga Teacher Training at Wilmington Yoga Center in 2016.


Movement and mindfulness can be welcoming, inclusive, and grounded in a trauma-informed approach!
